These Terms of Service govern the Website Package provided by Istoselida 26 Ltd, trading as istoselida ("istoselida", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms apply specifically to the Website Package. Other services offered by istoselida may be subject to separate terms.
By signing an agreement for the Website Package, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Who we are

2. The Website Package
The Website Package is designed as a done-for-you website service for businesses that want a professional online presence without having to plan, write, design, or build the website themselves.
The price of the standard package is the price published on istoselida.cy when you place your order, as confirmed in your agreement or quotation.
The package is not subject to VAT.
During our initial consultation, we will discuss your business, objectives, services or products, customers, existing online presence, and what you need from your website.
If your requirements fall outside the standard Website Package, we will explain this before work begins and provide you with a separate quotation appropriate to your requirements.
No work will begin until the scope and price have been agreed.
3. What's included
Subject to the requirements agreed during the initial consultation, the standard Website Package can include:
- Home page
- About Us page
- Contact Us page
- Up to four Product and/or Service pages
- FAQs page
- Privacy Policy page
- Cookies Policy page
- Professionally written website content
- SEO-focused content and website structure
- AEO and GEO-focused content and website structure
- Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Contact or enquiry functionality
- Click-to-call telephone functionality where appropriate
- WhatsApp and Viber contact links where appropriate
- SSL/HTTPS configuration
- Sitemap
- Search-engine indexing configuration
- Google Analytics setup where appropriate
- Google Search Console setup where appropriate
- Cookie consent functionality where required
- Basic technical search optimisation
- First 12 months of website hosting
- Weekly website backups while hosted by istoselida
- Up to three rounds of in-scope revisions
- A copy of the completed website codebase following final delivery and payment
The exact pages, structure, features, and content will be determined during the initial consultation and agreed project scope.
4. Additional pages and work outside the agreed scope
The standard package includes up to four Product and/or Service pages.
If we recommend or you request additional pages or functionality beyond the agreed scope, this work is charged separately at our standard hourly rate, as set out in your agreement or quotation.
Before carrying out chargeable additional work, we will explain what is required and provide you with a quote based on the expected work.
We will only proceed after:
- You approve the additional work and price in writing, including by email; and
- Payment for the additional work has been received.
There will be no unexpected hourly invoices for additional work that you have not approved.
5. Payment schedule
The Website Package is paid in three stages:
50% of the package price when the agreement is signed.
30% when the project reaches approximately 80% completion.
20% on final delivery.
We will notify you when a payment milestone has been reached.
If a scheduled payment is not received when due, work on the project will be paused until payment is received.
Any delivery timetable will also be paused while payment remains outstanding.
The completed website will not be finally delivered, transferred to the client's domain, or supplied as a codebase ZIP until all amounts due under the project have been paid.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Payments made to istoselida under the project payment schedule represent work undertaken or resources committed to the project and are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been carried out.
If you decide not to continue with the project after work has begun, payments already made will not normally be refunded.
If a payment milestone becomes due, the project is paused because payment has not been received, and you subsequently decide not to continue, payments previously made remain non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Where applicable law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal and you expressly request that istoselida begin providing the service during the applicable withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for services provided before you exercise that right, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Delivery timeframe
Our aim is to deliver the completed website within 14 calendar days once we have received everything reasonably required from you to complete the project.
This may include:
- Business information
- Contact information
- Product or service information
- Photographs
- Logos and brand materials
- Domain information or access
- Feedback
- Approvals
- Any other material reasonably required for the agreed website
The 14-day delivery period depends on the client providing requested information, materials, feedback, and approvals promptly.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, overdue payments, changes to the agreed scope, or circumstances reasonably outside our control will extend the delivery timetable.
8. Staging and website review
During development, the website will normally be made available through a private staging environment.
We will provide you with a staging URL together with a username and password so you can review the website while it is being developed.
The staging website is provided for review purposes and is not the final delivered website.
When a version of the website is submitted for your review, you should provide your feedback within 7 days.
Where reasonably possible, feedback should be consolidated so that requested changes can be dealt with efficiently as part of a revision round.
9. Revisions
The Website Package includes up to three rounds of revisions within the originally agreed project scope.
Our initial consultation and information-gathering process is designed to establish your requirements thoroughly before development begins, so revision rounds should primarily be used for reasonable refinements and corrections.
A revision does not include a substantial change to the original project scope.
Examples of work that may fall outside the agreed scope include:
- Additional pages beyond those included in the package
- New functionality not originally agreed
- Significant changes to the agreed website structure
- Substantial redesign after an agreed direction has been implemented
- New integrations or services not included in the original scope
Out-of-scope work is quoted separately at our standard hourly rate and will not begin until the price has been approved in writing and paid.
10. Client delays and inactivity
Website projects require cooperation between istoselida and the client.
If we are waiting for information, materials, access, feedback, or approval from you for more than 14 days, we may notify you that the project is delayed and that the original delivery timetable may no longer apply.
If we are unable to progress the project because we have been waiting for you for 30 days, we may pause the project.
When you return, we will make reasonable efforts to restart the project, but work will need to be scheduled around other projects and commitments already underway.
Payments already made remain non-refundable, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
11. Our approach to website content
The Website Package is intended to be a done-for-you service.
You provide us with accurate information about your business, products, services, customers, locations, experience, and other relevant matters.
We then use our professional judgement to determine how the website should be structured and how its content should be written within the agreed project scope.
Our objective is to create a website that represents your business professionally while applying the SEO, AEO, and GEO practices we consider appropriate and current at the time the website is created.
We will take your preferences and feedback into account throughout the project.
You remain responsible for checking that factual statements concerning your business are accurate, including information relating to your products, services, qualifications, licences, certifications, prices, guarantees, business history, and other claims.
12. Client-supplied content
You may choose to provide or write some or all of your own website content.
Choosing to provide your own content does not reduce the Website Package price.
Content strategy, research, writing, optimisation, implementation, design, and development form part of the overall service rather than separately priced components of the package.
Where you choose to replace or substantially change content created or recommended by istoselida, we cannot ensure that the resulting content follows the SEO, AEO, or GEO practices that we would otherwise apply.
We will explain our professional view where we believe a client-requested content change could negatively affect the website's discoverability or performance.
The final decision remains yours.
13. Search engines, SEO, AEO, and GEO
istoselida specialises in creating websites and content intended to give businesses a strong foundation for visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery and answer systems.
We apply the SEO, AEO, and GEO practices that we consider appropriate and current at the time we create your website.
However, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular search or AI result.
In particular, we do not guarantee:
- Indexing by Google or any other search engine
- A particular position in search engine results pages
- First-page rankings
- Traffic levels
- Leads, enquiries, or sales
- Inclusion in AI-generated answers
- Citations by AI engines
- Mentions or recommendations by AI systems
- Visibility in any particular search or AI platform
- The time it may take for a website or page to appear in search or AI systems
Search engines and AI platforms are operated by independent third parties whose algorithms, policies, indexes, data sources, and results are outside our control.
Our commitment is to apply our expertise and current practices to the work we perform. It is not a guarantee of how a third-party search engine or AI system will respond.
14. Client-requested changes that may affect visibility
The website belongs to the client, and the client has the final say over its content and structure.
If you ask us to remove a page, substantially change content, remove information, alter a recommended structure, or make another change that we believe may negatively affect SEO, AEO, GEO, or general website performance, we will explain our professional view where appropriate.
If you still want the change made, we will respect your decision.
We cannot be responsible for any effect that a client-directed change may have on search-engine or AI-engine visibility.
15. Photographs and images
We will ask you to provide suitable photographs and images for use on your website where appropriate.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use any photographs, logos, graphics, trademarks, or other materials supplied to us.
If the photographs you provide are not suitable for the quality of website we are aiming to produce, we may offer an optional on-site photography visit.
Photography visit prices depend on the location and are set out in your quotation.
Photography is optional and is not automatically added to your project.
We will discuss the requirement and cost with you before arranging a photography visit.
16. Domain names
The client is responsible for providing the domain name to be used for the website.
If you already own your domain, you will need to provide the access or information reasonably required for us to connect and configure the website.
If you ask istoselida to purchase a domain on your behalf, we will charge:
The actual cost of the domain plus an administration fee, as set out in your quotation.
Domain registration and renewal costs are separate from the Website Package and the annual website hosting fee.
Future domain renewals remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17. Website ownership
The client owns the completed website created for them once the project has been completed and all amounts due to istoselida have been paid.
Following final payment and delivery, we will provide the client with a ZIP containing the completed website codebase.
The client is free to retain the codebase, move the website to another hosting provider, or appoint another developer to work on the website.
There is no requirement to continue hosting the website with istoselida.
Third-party software, libraries, fonts, services, or other materials incorporated into or used with the website remain subject to their respective licences and ownership terms.
18. Going live and final delivery
During development, the website is made available through the staging environment described above.
Once the website is completed in accordance with the agreed scope, any agreed in-scope revisions have been completed, and all amounts due have been paid, we will deploy the website to the client's domain.
The website is considered finally delivered when it has been deployed to the client's domain.
At final delivery, the client will also receive the ZIP containing the website codebase.
The included 12-month hosting period begins when the completed website goes live on the client's domain.
19. Hosting
The first 12 months of website hosting are included in the Website Package.
After the first 12 months, continued hosting with istoselida is charged at the annual hosting fee set out in your agreement or quotation.
The annual hosting fee is payable in advance for the following 12-month hosting period.
We will send reasonable email reminders before the hosting renewal date to help ensure that the client does not unintentionally lose access to their hosted website.
Hosting does not include unlimited website changes, development, maintenance, or additional services.
20. Hosting expiry and non-payment
If the annual hosting renewal fee has not been received by the renewal date, the website will be taken offline the following day.
The website may then be replaced with an istoselida parking page.
During the following 30 days, the client may renew the hosting by paying the outstanding hosting fee, after which we will make reasonable efforts to restore the website.
If the hosting fee remains unpaid for 30 days after expiry, istoselida may permanently delete the hosted website and its associated backups from our servers.
The client will already have been provided with the website codebase following original project delivery.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that hosting renewal payments are made on time.
21. Moving to another hosting provider
There is no requirement to continue hosting your website with istoselida.
You may move your website to another hosting provider.
Because the client owns the completed website and receives the website codebase following delivery, the client may provide those files to another hosting provider or developer.
If you would like istoselida to assist with migration to another provider, we can quote for the work at our standard hourly rate.
As with other additional work, we will agree the cost with you before beginning chargeable migration work.
22. Backups
While your website is hosted by istoselida, we normally perform website backups on a weekly basis.
We may agree to more frequent backups where requested or appropriate.
Whether additional charges apply for a different backup schedule will depend on the requirements and will be discussed with you before any chargeable service is provided.
Backups are a precautionary measure and do not constitute a guarantee that every version of a website or every recent change can always be recovered.
23. Website security
istoselida takes website security seriously and applies reasonable and appropriate security measures and current security practices to websites and hosting environments under our control.
However, no website, server, network, or internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We therefore cannot guarantee that a website will never be hacked, attacked, compromised, infected with malicious software, or otherwise affected by a security incident.
If a security incident occurs, we can investigate the issue and, where reasonably possible, repair, clean, or restore the website.
Unless the incident resulted directly from a failure by istoselida to provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill, security remediation and restoration work will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
We will advise you of the expected cost and obtain your approval before beginning chargeable remediation work.
Where appropriate, we may restore the website using the most recent suitable backup.
Because standard backups are performed weekly, changes made after the latest usable backup may not be recoverable.
24. Post-delivery changes
The Website Package covers the agreed project through final delivery.
Changes requested after delivery are not included in the original project price unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Post-delivery development and website changes are normally charged at our standard hourly rate.
When you request additional work, we will assess the request and provide you with a quote.
Work will begin only after:
- You approve the quote in writing; and
- Payment has been received.
25. 30-day workmanship period
For 30 days following final delivery, istoselida will correct genuine bugs or defects in the website as delivered by us without additional charge.
This applies to problems caused by an error in our original work.
It does not cover problems caused by:
- Changes made after delivery
- Changes made by the client
- Changes made by another developer or third party
- Third-party platforms or services
- External APIs or services changing or becoming unavailable
- Security incidents
- Changes outside istoselida's reasonable control
- New functionality or additional work requested after delivery
Where we can assist with an issue that falls outside the 30-day workmanship period, we will provide a quote before beginning chargeable work.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights that apply to the services supplied.
26. Third-party services
A website may occasionally require or benefit from a third-party service, integration, platform, or product.
Where we can provide something within our existing capabilities without incurring an external cost, we may choose to include it at no additional charge.
Where a third-party service carries an external cost, the client is responsible for that cost.
Implementation or configuration work may also be charged at our standard hourly rate.
We will explain the expected third-party cost and our implementation cost before anything chargeable is purchased or implemented.
Third-party services remain subject to the terms, pricing, availability, policies, and technical operation of their respective providers.
istoselida is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers to their services, pricing, functionality, availability, or terms.
27. Business email
Business email accounts are not included in the Website Package.
Where possible, we encourage clients to use professional email addresses associated with their own domain rather than relying solely on generic third-party email addresses.
If you already have domain-based business email, we can work with the relevant details as required for the website.
Additional email services offered by istoselida are separate from the Website Package and may be subject to separate pricing and terms.
28. Other services
The Website Package does not automatically include other services offered by istoselida.
These may include, among other things:
- WordPress websites
- eCommerce websites
- Logo design
- Standalone hosting services
- SEO services
- AEO or GEO services
- Content services
- Google Business Profile setup or management
- Other custom development or digital services
Where you require a service outside the Website Package, we will discuss your requirements and provide a separate quotation where appropriate.
Separate services may also be governed by their own Terms of Service.
29. Promotional use of completed work
The client grants istoselida permission to identify the client as a customer and to use reasonable representations of the completed project for istoselida's own promotional and portfolio purposes.
This may include the client's:
- Business name
- Logo
- Website URL
- Website screenshots
- Completed website
- Publicly available information about the project
We may use these materials on istoselida.cy, in our business directory, portfolio, case studies, social media, presentations, and other reasonable marketing materials.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the client's website or brand to istoselida.
30. Website credit
Websites created under the Website Package may include a discreet "Website by istoselida" credit with a link to istoselida.cy in the website footer.
This credit identifies istoselida as the creator of the website and does not affect the client's ownership of the website.
31. Reviews
Following completion of a project, istoselida may invite clients to provide an honest review of their experience, including through third-party review platforms such as Trustpilot.
Any review should reflect the client's genuine experience and opinion.
32. Client responsibilities
To enable us to provide the service effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business
- Provide requested materials within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure that you have permission to use materials supplied to us
- Review the staging website and provide feedback promptly
- Check factual statements about your business
- Make scheduled payments when due
- Inform us promptly if relevant information changes during the project
- Cooperate reasonably with us so that the project can be completed
You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of claims concerning your own products, services, qualifications, licences, certifications, prices, warranties, and business activities.
33. Limitation of responsibility
We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill.
However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, istoselida is not responsible for losses caused by matters reasonably outside our control, including:
- Search-engine algorithm changes
- AI platform changes
- Third-party platform outages or changes
- Internet or network failures
- Domain-provider failures
- Client-supplied inaccurate information
- Unauthorised changes made by the client or third parties
- Client failure to renew hosting or other third-party services
- Security incidents that are not caused by a failure by istoselida to provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
34. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations.
The version applicable to an individual project will ordinarily be the version provided or made available when the client enters into the relevant agreement, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed between us.
The Last updated date at the top of this page indicates when the published Terms were most recently revised.
35. Governing law
These Terms and the provision of the Website Package are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that applicable law provides and which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by agreement.
