Yes. We aim to have your website live within 14 days of receiving everything we need from you: your business details, any logo or photos you have, and your feedback on the preview.

The two weeks start once we have those. If you'd like to be closely involved, or it takes a while to send photos or approve the preview, it will take longer. That's normal, and we'll always tell you where things stand.

If you don't have a domain name yet (for example yourbusiness.com.cy), we can register one for you. The domain is paid for separately, and we'll tell you the exact cost before we register it.

In three stages: 50% when you sign the agreement, 30% when your website is about 80% complete, and the final 20% when it is finished and ready to go live.

One conversation about your business: what you do, where you work, who your customers are, and what makes you different. If you have a logo and photos of your work, send them over. Real photos help you sell. If you have none, we can talk about the options.

Yes. While we build it, you get a private preview link and up to three rounds of changes within what we agreed. It only goes live when you're happy.

No problem. Extra pages and features are quoted separately, and we always agree the price with you in writing before doing any extra work. No surprise invoices.

You do, once it's paid for in full. You also get a copy of all its files, so you're free to host it anywhere or work with another developer. There's no obligation to stay with us.

Your hosting renews at €30 a year and your website keeps running as normal. If you want changes later, tell us what you need and we will quote before doing anything.

Not for the €500 website. We build those with our own website tools, which keeps them fast and secure. If you'd like a WordPress website, we can build one for you and give you a clear quote.

Every website we build follows current SEO best practice: fast pages, clear structure, proper titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and structured data. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position on Google, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Yes, all over Cyprus. Our office is in Nicosia, but most of the work happens by phone, WhatsApp, or Viber, so where you're based doesn't matter.

We get in touch the way you chose, by phone, WhatsApp, or Viber. During opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) that's usually within a few hours. In the evening or at the weekend, it's first thing on the next working day. There's no obligation.
